We are thankful for the vision and conviction of our first funding partner, the California State Library. Recognizing that SIBL offers a unique opportunity to increase public awareness and provide additional financial support for local programs, California State Librarian Dr. Kevin Starr has committed funds from the Library Services and Technology Act for seed money to begin the project.
